The charming 1940's home has easy multiple accesses to all that Eugene has to offer, Autzen Stadium, Riverbend health care, 1-5, Beltline and 105 Highways, Eugene Airport, UofO, restaurants, Oakway Center, 5th St. Market, Valley River Center and over 150 miles of bicycle trails and byways. Nestled in a convenient north Eugene neighborhood it is within walking distance to the Delta Oaks shopping center and an upscale locally owned grocery store and deli.
This updated 1940's cottage has the original wood floors, cozy sitting area, dinning table for 4, two comfortable bedrooms as well as full house central A/C. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest room 2 twins. Each bedroom boasts large closets with professionally installed organizing systems to hold all your luggage. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary supplies, including a gas range, dishwasher and ice maker. Other amenities include, Xfinity wifi, Roku TV, washer/dryer, central heat and A/C. For those looking for an extended stay the twin room can quickly be converted into a stay at home office.
In the garden you will find blueberries, raspberries and heirloom roses all available for your enjoyment.

Secret garden cottage includes secure off street parking for cars and bicycles.
