The space nestled on 126’ of Lake Winnebago frontage, this unique,12,000sq ft, 6 level, brick and stone home was constructed by the homeowners. The home has two attached, but separated living quarters (homeowners are on premise). Special amenities include a stone turret, Persia travertine staircases, multiple fireplaces, salvaged church balcony, stained glass, custom cabinets, Kohler plumbing, hardwood and tile flooringthroughout with in-floor radiant heat and AC Units in each bedroom.
Facing the Lake is a large patio complete with its own DNR Bar (short for Denise & Rick), grill, music, TV and bathroom with shower. Enjoy the views, talk with friends and family, all while listening to the water fountain and enjoying the occasional Eagle fly over. If the weather is challenging, close the Glass Garage door and continue to have fun and relax at the handcrafted, Brazilian, Purple-Granite bar.
As is often the case, work interferes with vacation. Feel free to utilize the shared media room with built in granite desks overlooking the lake, 12’ foot conference room table, TV, fireplace, crystal chandeliers, and ¼ sawn oak cabinets and doors equipped with wet/coffee bar.
Just past the office is the 3 1/2 seasons sun room. Great for early morning sunrises while sipping on some fresh coffee. This room is also great for late night meals as it is fully screened from pesky evening bugs. A complimentary feature of the sun room is the two Murphy beds on each end, providing for additional sleeping space when required.
Bedrooms: On the main floor there are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom complete with shower and tub. One bathroom is completely private while the other can be shared via hallway access.
Overlooking the lake, three stories up from ground level is the Master Bedroom. The King Size bed faces the East allowing for Sunrise Views from Bed. Room darkening drapes are here for the late morning risers. The room is complete with large screen TV, fireplace, couch, loveseat, chair, chandelier and your own private balcony. The balcony can accommodate several people and is great for that glass of wine before departing for
the evening. Please note, this bedroom does not have a private bath.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need is provided. Large refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser, electric stove and oven, microwave, stocked mini refrigerator for purchase and dishwasher.
A clothes washer, dryer and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
We offer a generous amount of parking for your vehicles, RV’s, boats and/or trailers.

Other things to note: We have an Airedale Terrier that tends to be your first encounter. She's eager to meet you & after about 2 minutes of being over excited will treat you like family.
