The 120 m² apartment Weitblick, surrounded by nature at the Eggstätter Seenplatte, is located in a traditional farmhouse in an open area. It consists of a large kitchen-living room with fireplace, a gallery with a living area and apanoramic window as well as an east balcony with a wide view of meadows, forests and the Alps. It also has 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), a bathroom as well as an additional toilet. Therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The high-quality amenities also include Wi-Fi, real wood floors from the owner's own woodland, wall heating, cable TV, a cot and a high chair (upon request). Due to the gallery stairs, however, it is not suitable for children under the age of 3. The special flair of the apartment is provided by the almost 150-year-old roof truss, which has been made visible throughout the apartment, and the covered balcony is suitable for cosy meals with a view of the countryside. In the communal outdoor area there is also a garden with playground and a barbecue area. The Chiemsee is only 3 km away and a little beach at the Langbürgner See is 850 m from the property. Supermarkets and restaurants are a 3-minute drive away (2.5 km).
