You’ll love this cute cozy 1912 house- New kitchen, bathroom, furniture… everything! It’s the best of both worlds- old world charm, yet hip vibe with crisp clean modern convenience! Professionally decorated to appeal to all those ‘Chip & Joanne fans’ in a industrial farm house look. Its close to the downtown restaurants & shopping, race track, the casino, convention center, 3 lakes, lots of hiking, world-class mountain-biking trails, & MORE! Come stay & rejuvenate!!
The space-
After you walk through the foyer, there is a nice living room, and a open brand new beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. There are two private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed with wonderful new foam mattresses, and a beautiful bathroom that boasts a huge walk-in shower. The house was just TOTALLY remodeled & professionally decorated w a hip industrial/ farm house vibe, modern elements joined with the charm of 1912. Crisp clean yet comfortable- you’ll love it! GREAT location too- super close to both bath houses & race track / casino! The deck/ pergola on the front of the house is large enough to lounge too!

This is a great central location, in between the bath houses and the casino /racetrack (only 1 mile to each), 1 mile from convention center, & 3 Miles from the magic springs theme park & to Lake Hamilton. Close to everything you might want to do!!
