Summary: We really enjoyed our time in Nyons, the house was exactly as described, in a very central location. We were welcomed very warmly by Mrs B, who looks after the house (and the guests!) with a great deal of care. The house is definitely a home, it was a charming atmosphere, its very quirky, a touch haphazard sometimes, but that adds to its appeal! The roof terrace was our favourite place and we loved it for yoga, and barbeques, with a great view over the rooftops. The markets on Sunday and Thursday are a must, and appealed to both locals and tourists. We visited the aquatic centre in Nyons, it was fine but a bit municipal - we preferred going to the swimming lakes at Cornillon as recommended by Mrs B. I would recommend this house to people wanting a genuinely French experience - but probably not to people with mobility problems or those with toddlers, as the steps are steep! Thank you so much to the owners, we loved your beautiful house and we loved Nyons too.
