House recently restored located in magical place in the old town, opposite the medieval walls. Fantastic views to the opposite bank of the river. House with 3 floors, 140 sqm, with big private patio suitable for outdoor dining. The location is outstanding, being close to everything worth visiting, the street ending in stone steps, leading you to the river Allowing only pedestrians and very quiet.
Only 200 meters there is the Cathedral, the National Theatre S. João, renowned Art nouveau "Café Magestic" and shopping district.
São Bento Railway Station, the main square and Nasoni's Clérigos Tower easily reachable by foot.
Very close to our place you find the funicular cable car named "Guindais" that takes you right down the Douro river bridges, Port wine cellars, picturesque shops, bistros, bars and restaurants.
