The cozy living room centers around the historic brick fireplace originally used for cooking. The fully stocked kitchen offers all appliances, cooking utensils including pots and pans, china and flatware, and a Keurig instant coffee maker with assorted coffees and teas. There is an additional full bath on the first level of the property, off the kitchen. Outside you may enjoy the courtyard garden with beautifully landscaped box woods, a bubbling fountain and up lit crepe myrtle trees. While you can easily walk to most shops, galleries, restaurants, and nightlife, one off street parking space is available for your use during your stay. WIFI included!!
