Features include 4 spacious bedrooms with balconies, 7 baths, a jacuzzi oasis patio on ground level plus a rooftop deck to view the many sailboats entering the nearby marina at sunset. Two full wet bars are located throughout the villa for the cocktail connoisseur, a wine-tasting room, a professional billiard and game room, separate guest house with a private entrance are just a few of the things that make this home unique. Also, for your convenience, the Villa offers an elevator for quick and easy access to and from all floors. There are 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds, 1 Full-size bed and a Twin roll-away bed. There are also 2 Queen size sofa sleepers in the Master Suite den as well as three comfortable regular sofas with bedding for all. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets.

THE OPULENT MASTER SUITE occupies almost one entire floor on its own, complete with a king-size bed, fireplace, and a private outdoor patio. The Arrowhead water machine is in the kitchen. Hairdryers are provided. 1500 count bedding for an amazing stay. Pre-stocked fridges are available for convenience when booked in advance. Smoking is permitted on balconies on every floor. $500 fee for smoking in the house. Convenient parking on the street is available for two cars total. You will have two car parking in the driveway and also the garage.
We will have a staff member stopping by to feed fish and water plants if your stay is more than 3 days. We will call in advance...no surprises!
