Positive: The Doormen were AWESOME!! They are the customer service SUPERSTARS of your hotel!! Both the nightime guy and the morning one. THey both are the absolute BEST! Especially Rosebud.
Negative: Soft, horribly unsupportive, worn-out old beds. SO BAD. The worst I slept in 9 days of driving the length of Mexico. Also, the most rude, impatient check-in young man at front desk. He was just awful. Please treat these young people how to provide good customer service! I don't speak great Spanish, but if people give me the chance and slow down and listen patiently, they can always hhear what I say. But no, not this guy. He acted irritated, impatient, didn't want to listen or be bothered. ANd I was extremely EXHAUSTED--it was my final day of driving 5,000 miles solo and I needed dsome kindness and courtesy. ALSO: Place was horribly outdated for the price charged and for what I come to expect from Fiesta! Worst of all--that BEd--so awful. Please, change the other worn out decor later--we. only have to look at that. It's the BEDS we must SLEEP in. My back hurt so badly the next day I could barely walk.
Summary: Best & worst customer service in same night and outdated furnishings; Maybe not worth the price?
