Summary: We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend it to others. The house met our needs with several kids and two families. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the zoo and Garden of the Gods. We enjoyed the games in the garage. It snowed a bit the day we arrived and froze over on the driveway so we could not get the minivan up the driveway until the following day when the ice melted so just be aware of that.The complaints we had were the hot tub did not stay a consistent temperature. And we struggled with the thermostat upstairs. It didn't seem to respond to us trying to change the temp so some days it was way too hot while others it was quite chilly.
