The studio guest suite has a private entrance and is the lower/separate unit to our house. We rarely hear noise from our guests, but even if we are quiet you may hear our footsteps.
If you do have a car, free street parking is available one block over from the unit. No day or time restrictions!

Summary: We came from Cali to watch our Mariners beat the Giants. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the madness of the city traffic but close enough to the public transportation to get there in a few minutes. I do recommend using the public transportation as it is easy to navigate and is $3 a person rather than the $35 Uber ride each way. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The host had snacks available in the pantry which comes in handy after a late night arrival after the game. One block down from the unit was a little convenience store with fresh deli sandwiches and a cute coffee shop with really good Americanos. All in all I would recommend this little gem and will more than likely stay there again when we return next year. Thank you Nazar for checking in on us while we were there.
