Relax in this classic lakefront cottage with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fabulous outdoor living space! Bring your people, bring your boat and enjoy Leelanau waterfront summers at the Chick Coop! This property is brand new to the rental market for 2025. You can't beat this location with close proximity to all of Leelanau, but also just a short drive to Traverse City. And the waterfront is spectacular! The cottage offers everything that you would need including a lovely outdoor grilling space and lakeside fire pit. The waterfront features a dock, boat hoist, 2 paddle boards for your use, and plenty of outdoor living space.
The Space:
There are 2 queen bedrooms and a bathroom on the north side of the cottage. In the middle there is the kitchen, dining, and living room. On the south side of the cottage is another full bathroom and the twin bunk room. The only space that has A/C is the twin bunk room. If you leave the A/C during the day and the bedroom doors open the A/C does a great job of cooling all of the spaces.
Guest Access:
You will be sent a code to the digital door lock before your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short drive to Suttons Bay and approximately 15 minutes to Traverse City.
Getting Around:
Just a short drive to everything that you would need. It is a beautiful area to explore on bikes as well!
Other Things to Note:
There is air conditioning only in the twin bunk room. Property comes with 2 paddle boards for your use. Let us know if you are bringing a boat or if you plan to rent one. There is a maximum of 1 dog allowed per reservation for a $75 fee.
