Use the fire pit, Traeger BBQ, listen to the birds that we have year-round, and walk the best trails in Fairbanks! Snuggle up with a book next to the wood stove or borrow our sled, snow shoes and ice fishing poles (with a security deposit) and have an adventure.
Your privacy is one of our primary goals AND if anything comes up, the quiet property manager (a retired park ranger) lives in the "mother-in-law apartment" in the detached garage and can help you get set up and give adventure recommendations! The caregivers for the horses will come throughout the day to check on them, feed and water them, and have access to a security camera facing them for their owners to check on them during the day. We ask that you don't feed or touch the horses.
We STRONGLY recommend that if you're renting a car to travel around Fairbanks and up to our house in the winter, you insist on 4WD/AWD with WINTER Tires.
