A very nice 'Coach House' retreat in a newer residential neighborhood. Located close to all the activities and attractions the area has to offer, but away from the hustle and bustle.
You will arrive to an entirely self-contained and private home away from home. It offers a 1 bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed and a full bathroom with shower and tub. The unit also has a washer and dryer in it.
It has it's own parking spot and small area to bbq or simply relax and enjoy your time here.
You can enjoy long peaceful walks around an idyllic setting with the pacific ocean only a short walk away.
World famous White Rock Beach is only 5 minutes away by car or can be reached by an energetic walk.
A long beach, a short walk from the Coach House, is a great place to enjoy low tide walks and explore the shells and sealife. It is a quiet area to sit and enjoy a picnic or try the water as the tide comes in.
Take advantage of the many different restaurants and shops along the beach and walk the promenade and White Rock pier, taking in the views of the hillside homes, Vancouver Island mountains and the Gulf Islands.
There are several golf courses within a short distance and Peace Portal Golf Course is only two blocks away, offering a stately 18 hole challenging yet gorgeous setting. It also offers a well maintained Par 3 if a quick 'practice' round is appealing.
The former PGA Tour Canadian Open Course Northview is only 20 minutes away by car.
Most courses are playable year round!
There are many other outdoor activities to choose from for your stay, hiking, biking, skiing and swimming in the ocean to mention just a few.
For the skiers, Mount Baker is within an hours drive, Seymour and Cypress are also within an hour and Whistler Blackcomb is under 3 hours drive from here.
Downtown Vancouver is an easy 40 minute drive from your driveway, Bellingham Washington is 20 minutes and Seattle Washington is only 2 ½ hours.
