All amenities plus pool in a quiet, private and tranquil setting. Only five minutes to Nowra and 30 minutes to Jervis bay and ocean beaches. Great spot for a significant birthday or family gathering. There are two bathrooms in the main house with showers and one also has a bath. There is an outside shower next to the pool with hot water and another bathroom in the room adjacent to the pool. All have instantaneous gas heating so hot water is on demand. House and pool and yard exclusive use. Extensive lawns and garden with mature trees.
