Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Bezouce. The surroundings are a dream. By car you can reach the beautiful cities of Nimes, Avignon, Arles and Montpellier in no time. You should also plan a trip or two to the hills and gorges of the beautiful Cevennes especially for biking and hiking. If you are a bike enthusiast, you should also plan a trip to the legendary Mont Ventoux, which is also only an hour's drive away by car. The pool is huge and illuminated, which makes it an inviting place to have a drink (Pastis) in the evening. A large supermarket is only 10 minutes away by car and you can walk to the bakery in town. The house is very old, quite large and suffering from signs of age in some corners. If you are looking for a well-maintained and super clean property, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a charming old house with history and can overlook a few shortcomings, you will feel at home soon. The landlord Phillipe is incredibly nice, lives around the corner and comes around at short notice if you have any questions or problems. Six of us (grandma, parents, two children and a friend) stayed in Bezouce for two weeks and we will have fond memories of our summer holiday.
