Vista Santa Lucia is the perfect escape, the entire property is over 2600 square feet, on over 9 acres with Vineyard, Hill, and spectacular 360-degree Mountain panoramic views. We offer a perfect location for large groups to spread out and relax! Past guests have raved about how breathtaking our views are and how the space is spacious and comfortable for groups to relax for a weekend getaway. We are also near the Paso Robles wine region which has over 300 wineries that you can visit for wine tasting or lunch! We are perfect for 3-4 couples or 2-3 families to come and stay for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub is located just off the back-covered patio with breathtaking wine-country views. The hot tub is treated with an ozone generator and is incredibly relaxing.

MAIN HOUSE
The newly furnished main house at Vista Santa Lucia sleeps up to 8 guests in its 2,000 square feet of space. It features an open floor plan with a family room, living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and spices. The house provides ample space for relaxation and quiet time. It is wheelchair accessible, and its location is perfect for group getaways and wine tasting weekends. Enjoy the comforts of this luxurious retreat amidst breathtaking surroundings.
ROOMS
Vista Santa Lucia's main house features three beautifully furnished bedrooms. Each room offers spectacular views, ample natural light, and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. With a focus on creating a screen-free retreat, the bedrooms are intentionally TV-free, allowing guests to fully disconnect. The beds are adorned with high-end mattresses, luxury sheets, and a choice of down-filled or down alternative pillows. Two pillows per person are provided, and there is plenty of storage available in each room. Enjoy a comfortable and serene stay in these thoughtfully designed bedrooms at Vista Santa Lucia.
Room 1 - 1 Queen Bed
Has a window with a view of the gorgeous front of our property. The queen mattress is a sealy inner spring pillow top mattress. Also included are two nightstands and a dresser for your belongings.
Room 2 - 4 Twin Beds
This bedroom is perfect for adults and/or kids/families. There are two brand-new sets of bunk beds (4 beds total). The twin mattress are beautyrest memory foam, with views of the front of the property and the rolling hills, it also has a dresser for your belongings.
Room 3 - 1 Cal King Bed
Master en suite with a bathroom, with a walk-in shower. Has access to the back patio and the best views out of all the bedrooms of the rolling hills! The king mattress is Seally memory foam. It includes two nightstands and a dresser for your belongings as well as a walk-in closet that has a crib in it for babies.
BATHROOMS
The main house has 2 updated full bathrooms, each with plenty of storage and welcoming water pressure. The first bathroom contains a tub and shower, and the primary ensuite provides a standalone walk-in shower, we also have a shower chair for accessibility purposes. These two bathrooms have ample space for all guests and you won't have to spend time waiting, especially on vacation.
We do have an additional unit on the property that is currently rented out to a long-term guest until October 9, 2023. Please do not disturb our guest or enter their space/yard, we have signage up to show where the private residence is and the gate to access this area is locked. The main house is completely separate from this unit, and you will not even notice that there is an additional unit.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Vista Santa Lucia offers an array of spaces for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Three shaded covered patios provide ample furniture for outdoor living and dining. Start your day with coffee on the front porch or gather around the outdoor fire pit to take in the stunning views. The 5-person hot tub, accessible from the Master Bedroom, offers ultimate relaxation with hydromassage and rotary jets. For grilling enthusiasts, there are charcoal and propane barbecue grills available. Enjoy the serenity of outdoor living, breathtaking views, and the comfort of these amenities at Vista Santa Lucia.
NEARBY RESTAURANTS & MORE
Despite being a small town, Templeton offers a variety of dining options. McPhee's is highly recommended for special occasions, while Pig Iron and Jack's are local favorites. Enjoy a glass of wine along with appetizers or a cheese platter at 15 Degrees Wine Bar. For breakfast, you can start your day at Joe's for an All-American breakfast or visit the Kitchenette for a more gourmet breakfast or lunch. Once you've explored Templeton's restaurants, Paso's dining scene is also outstanding, offering a wide range of cuisines, including a Speakeasy called 1122. Wine and food enthusiasts will find themselves in heaven with numerous excellent wineries within a 5-mile radius. Tin City offers wine and beer tastings as well as a variety of restaurants. Downtown Paso Robles, provides numerous wineries, restaurants, shopping options, and even golf. If you're in the mood for the ocean, it's just a 30-minute drive via Highway 46.

Conveniently, Vons is located less than two miles away, Just over 6 miles away is Trader Joes and J & R Meats offers local grass-fed beef and other meats in the same shopping plaza. Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant, can also be found there. In downtown Templeton, Nature's Touch Nursery and Harvest is a fully organic grocery store that supports local farmers. For larger grocery needs, Albertson's and Food for Less are both approximately 5 miles away in different directions.

We do have an additional unit that is currently rented out to a long term renter until October 2023. Please do not disturb this renter or enter into her yard, we have signage up to show where the private residence is.
We have a country feel but are less than 5 minutes to Atascadero or Templeton, a quick 20-minute drive to Cal Poly, and within 15 minutes you can be at many of the wineries that are located on the Central Coast. You can also go and visit the beautiful oceanfront central coast within 30-45 minutes.
We are a non-smoking property, if you are caught smoking on our property there will be a $300.00 fine charged to your account.
