The furnishing is new and fresh seen as the villa was only build recently.

This beautiful quiet neighbourhood is closely located to Tossa de Mar (3 kilometres) and is only 8 kilometres away from the exciting nightlife of Lloret de Mar. There are several swimming pools, a supermarket, restaurant, an internet cafe and a carp pond. When you leave your holiday villa to go exploring, you will find the beach only 800 meters away, where you can enjoy the fine sand and the glorious sea water. At the beach there are enough good and spacious parking places and on the beach itself there is a nice bar where you can get a bite to eat.
