The outdoors is furnished with teak chaise lounges and sofa to enjoy the best of a pool day. Turn on the outdoor speakers to your favorite music and set the day free. Covered patio provides a refuge from the sun, while umbrellas are available to place shade around the backyard as needed. The outdoors is designed to be a mini-resort. The outdoor kitchen has a fantastic grill and bar stools where you can watch a ping pong match or catch a game on outdoor TV while enjoying a beverage and a bite. Inside the main house it's all about space, relaxation, lounging, and being able to sit down for meals. The main living room has a large comfortable couch and two lounging chairs. Large screen TV with surround sound. There is a large kitchen with double island counters for prep and quick dining. The high end stove is a chef's dream. Very large refrigerator with plenty of space for all your needs. There is a four person dining set up perfect for breakfast and lunch. Enjoy the outdoor views from the kitchen dining space. Ample cabinet space as well as a fully stocked kitchen with tableware and utensils for every need. Kitchen is stocked with an air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a separate bar area with bar ware and plenty of space to store your beverages. Upstairs also has another king suite with its own bathroom. Two bunk bed rooms, one with two twin over twin bunks, and another with a full over full setup. The two rooms share a jack and jill bathroom with double vanity and full shower tub. Downstairs has its own separate king suite with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. All bedrooms have smart HD TV's. All beds have linens, bedding, and pillows. All closets have ample space. All bathrooms are stocked with towels. Laundry room has large washer and dryer and separate sink for pre washing. There is an office enclave with big built-in desk space and chair deigned for the working vacationers. The house is wired with high-speed internet and wifi hubs throughout, capable of keeping all guests online and streaming as they please.
