Wonderful beach themed apartment (kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom) with a big private balcony and a private washing machine in a very convenient location: 15 min walk to beautiful Nai Yang beach, 3 min walk to public bus stop (cheap scheduled airport bus to town), walking distance to 2 freshmarkets where you can buy everything from freshly caught seafood to fruits and all kinds of local treats.

All amenities for light cooking, kitchen and dining ware are provided. Big fridge and microwave oven, kitchen stove, kitchen sink are installed. You can also use blender for smoothies or margaritas and a rice cooker, coffee maker. The apartment has a dining table for two, comfy couch, a Tv with Usb support to watch your movies.
The apartment is strictly no smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Good for 2 adults sharing one bed and a child 100 sm of height max sleeping with adults on the bed or on the couch in the living room. Please note, linen and pillow for the couch are provided for extra charge only.
You can enjoy the whole apartment and all communal areas (lobby, garden, kid's playground in the backyard of the parking space, common bbq, swimming pool). You can rent bicycles in the lobby. On the ground floor of the building you'll find laundromats, coin operated dryers (extra) and laundry room (extra).

There are nice two local markets in walking distance where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits every day. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, clubs and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc. ) nearby.
There is a bus stop in 3 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can get scheduled bus to the town. You also can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which is 25minutes walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a scooter in the area around, there plenty of car rent shops also.
