31313 Falmouth Way- This exquisite town home is located in Coastal Club and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Nature lovers will also enjoy strolling along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails. This community is conveniently located- 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Not to mention the outlet shopping, numerous restaurants in the area and night life! The home includes an open living, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of seating through out the home. You can enjoy meals together with seating at the dining table and at the kitchen bar. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a large living area that leads outside. The large patio on the rear of the home is a perfect place to take in the summer nights. The home has a first floor primary bedroom and bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom that can be accessed from the loft area. The loft is a spacious area that is perfect for reading a book, a game with the kids or movie night!
Community Passes are needed to utilize the resort amenities. Passes are purchased at an additional cost. The following amenities are included in the purchase of a pass: Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Bar and Lounge area, Children's Room, Tennis / Pickle-ball Courts and Bocce Courts.
2023 Rates- Pre-Purchase Passes:
Weekly Pass: Saturday after 4PM - Friday 8PM - $95.00 per person age 5 and older
Passes Purchased on Site: Saturday after 4PM - Friday 8PM - $125.00 per person age 5 and older
Daily Passes are $25 per person age 5 and older.
Children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass.
The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $145.60. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
Booking Restrictions- Non Smoking Home 7 Night Stays-
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
