The Beach Cottage has just been updated with brand new subway tile walk-in shower, restored hardwood floors, alder doors, period lighting and ceiling fans in the bedrooms (Central A/C too). Beautifully decorated and very clean inside and out. This coastal home is open and bright. The bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses and new queen and king beds. Fully fenced park-like yard.
We are located In the north end of Carlsbad Village. We are in the walking district with easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. We also have a 1 bedroom 500 sf Cottage on-site as VRBO #361784, The Hideaway. Booked separately and both have their own private yards.
No common walls. No interior space shared. Al Fresco side yard with BBQ and fully fenced front yard for Coastal Cottage exclusively. Dedicated parking in driveway for 2 vehicles.
