The view is breathtaking and we are located directly on the beach. Enjoy year round fun in the sun or just relax and get away from it all at our oceanfront condo. Tropical breezes gently blow the palms at our condos on the beach. One of the things that everyone who has stayed in our condos raves about is the view from the deck. The magnificent sunrises and sunsets are the same for both units but with this two bedroom unit you have a full 30 foot of deck to enjoy it on. There are sliding glass and screen doors in the living area as well as the master bedroom to give you access to the deck. The deck is a natural extension of your living space; enjoy breakfast and your morning paper, lunch, a happy hour cocktail, dinner or a nightcap on the deck. We enjoy all these options and hope you will too.
We are located on the south shore of St. Thomas approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Parking is readily available at the building. Our 2 bedroom is the top corner unit in bldg. 16 overlooking the Watergate pool. We are located next door to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. There are three restaurants; Mim's Seaside Bistro, and Iggie's Beach Bar. You also have access to the pools and tennis court at our neighboring complexes, Sea Cliff and Regatta Point. Security cameras monitor the property for your safety and security. Other association upgrades will be happening soon.
Our unit is fully furnished with everything you will need to start enjoying the tropical breezes and the turquoise water. There is AC in the unit with the availability to adjust living areas and the bedrooms separately. Though the breeze is so nice, you will probably just want to enjoy having the doors open with the ceiling fans on. We live on site except when we are visiting are grandchildren and quite honestly we never turn our AC on, we enjoy the breeze and letting the sound of the waves lull us to sleep each night.
Our units are fully equipped for you to come and enjoy the island. We try to look at what we would like and outfit our units accordingly. The master bedroom in our 2 bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, closet with adjoining bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be used as twins or joined to form a king. There is a washer/dryer located next to the vanity located outside the second bath. The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator/freezer and full stove with oven. The open living room arrangement has a sofa-bed, loveseat and chairs as well as dining room table with seating for six. The condo is stocked with an ample supply of linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils ,items for the pool and beach as well as other extras. The deck has a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as some taller chairs for sitting and studying the sunrise or just watching the hummingbirds and banana quits (sugar birds).
We are a United States territory so you do not need your passport to travel to our island but you might want to bring it along so that you can visit our island neighbors in the British Virgin Islands. With your passport you can take a ferry to Tortola, Virgin Gorda (The Baths) or Jost Van Dyke (Soggy Dollar, Foxy's). If not you can take a car or passenger ferry to St. John without your passport and visit one of the other U.S. Virgin Islands. There are lots of beautiful beaches to visit, water sports to explore, historical sites to see, shopping to do ( we are a duty free port) or you might prefer just relaxing and soaking up the sun and breezes, just Limmin' island style.
Rental Information: minimum age for primary renter is 25, we are a non-smoking unit (allowable on deck), and pets are not allowed.. We live on site so we are available for any maintenance issues, help with directions or just general suggestions for places to eat or relax. Rates are based on occupancy of four with beds. Occupancy of up to six with sofa-bed or aero-bed may incur additional charges.
Refundable security deposit at time of booking plus half the rental fee and signed contract to confirm a reservation. Balance due three weeks before reservation dates.
