Beautiful country home, close to town with mountain and valley views! Main floor features: beautiful foyer entrance with open staircase, country kitchen/dining with patio door to the back deck, cozy family living room, two separate sitting rooms to provide private relaxation. One features horse themed décor, the other has an outdoor theme, with a sofa sleeper. Additionally, there is a half bath and separate full laundry. Upstairs is master bedroom; with king size bed, walk-in closet – on-suite with double sinks, soaker tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms; both with queen size beds, one also has a single sized trundle bed. There is also another full bath with double sinks and bath/shower combo. There is a pack-n-play for the tiny guest.
Attached garage has been converted into a game room, complete with pool table, foosball and game table, this room is not heated. Detached carport provides covered parking for our guests. In the back yard is a 10 x 10 dog kennel.
For your horses: Small irrigated pasture with easy access, sand arena and horse shelter.
There is plenty of room for parking boat trailers, camp trailers or motor homes alongside the detached garage. Please note that while it is allowed to park campers on the property, it is not allowed to have people occupying campers on the property or to have campers plugged into property utilities.
