WELCOME!The holiday home H. Winkler built in 2014 is located in a quiet but very central location to the nature reserve, the Peene and the city of Neukalen. Comfortable 38 sqm with living room, dining area, bedroom, open kitchen and bathroom offer all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. The bright living room has direct access to the garden. You can sit or have breakfast under the covered terrace and daylight floods the rooms through the large windows, creating an extremely homely atmosphere. The stove creates comfort and warmth when you need it. The large terrace invites you to read, sunbathe or relax. The property with its 360 sqm is lovingly designed. It is completely fenced. So also ideal for animal lovers. You use the property all by yourself. There is 1 parking space in front of the house.

The holiday home was completely rebuilt, expanded and completely modernized. Accordingly, the kitchen, the bathroom, the living area and the garden are fully equipped. Espresso and coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and a small oven are all available. Bed linen, bath and hand towels and tea towels are already included in the rental price. Radio and television (satellite) let you continue to take part in the action and relax on the sun terrace on comfortable sun loungers. The charcoal grill is easy to use and the charcoal for your first barbecue evening is of course included. Right on the lake and on the Peene there are wonderful fishing areas, water hiking rest areas, public bathing areas and moorings in the harbors of the surrounding towns. For anglers: The house has a fish filleting area and an outdoor smoker for your caught fish. Fishing boats can be rented at the port in Neukalen.
