This is a lovely 3 Bedroom home in a quiet location just 2 minutes from the East Avenue Hwy 99 Freeway entrance. It is located on a loop with very little traffic and a lot of privacy.
It contains a Living/Dining room with kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/tub, and large storage.
ENJOY THE 3 RECLINERS WITH THE 50' 4K ROKU TV and Wifi.
The bedrooms are: wood floors, ceiling fans, dimmers, tables with reading lamps, large closets and drapes. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the third has a futon that can be made into a bed if needed.
There is an open modern kitchen with a large stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, and new granite countertops.
There is a large yard in the back along with a 400 s.f. Trex deck with awning, and an 8-person hot tub.
* Hot tub option: A $100 set-up fee covers draining and cleaning the hot tub, chemicals, and energy. Available in summer by special request.
PET: Dogs are allowed, but we charge $10 per night for every dog pet fee - to cover extra cleaning. But not more than $80 totally. Please don't let your pets on beds or furniture.
