It is an apartment with private underground parking located in the middle of Carlos Haya avenue distributed as follows: - Living room: Here you will find a large table for several people where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. A sofa bed, television, internet and everything you need to enjoy and disconnect. - Kitchen: On the other side of the living room, separated by a small wall, there is a full kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, various utensils, cups, glasses, plates, pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. - Bathroom: Next to the kitchen is the hallway, which gives access to the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has relaxing dim lighting with a bath, WC, sink and bidet. You also have available a towel rack to dry after taking a shower. - Bedroom 1: Here there are two single beds separated by a designer bedside table, 2 built-in wardrobes, as well as a large window with blinds and shutters. - Bedroom 2: The bedroom with a double bed has bedside tables and designer lamps on both sides, a large mirror and a large built-in wardrobe. A 5 minute walk you have a Mercadona. - Grocery store. - Pubs. - Fuel station. - Teatinos less than 10 minutes walk (with a multitude of entertainment in the area). - The parking of the house, in the basement of the building with its own space and direct access to the house by elevator. In addition to its location, this is the star point of the house: the PARKING. - Being located on Avenida Carlos Haya, a few steps from 2 major hospitals in Malaga, parking is very difficult. However, this will not affect you, because you will always have your own parking space available to go in and out of. - In front of the building you can find the main bus lines to go to the center (lines 21, 8 and 23) and to the beach. - You can find the underground at 10 minutes walking from the main door. You can go wherever in Malaga with the underground. - If you come by car, I recommend that you stop at a loading and unloading area at the back of the building, take the keys from the security box (we will tell you how to do it), and go to the parking lot to leave the car. It will have taken you 5 minutes to leave your car parked underground and you will have direct access to the house using the elevator, with which you can unload your things and upload them directly. - I recommend you take a walk around the area, investigate it on foot and then see what is more rewarding for you, whether to use the car or take public transport. - The center of Malaga is about 40 minutes on foot or 10 by car or public transport, whichever you prefer.
