The Villa includes a duplex of 2 separate townhouses. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, 2 living rooms. It is 1 mile from the Atlanta University [Spelman, Morehouse, Morris Brown, Clark], 2.4 miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium, 1.3 miles from the West End Marta Station, and 10 miles from Hartsfield International Airport. Whether you're in town for a party or game, this villa with multiple photo ops is ready for it's close-up.
On the left side, the red and blue full kitchen is ready for a homecooked meal. The dining area features a hand painted wall mural by international artist Suga Lane. The powder room on the main level includes the laundry, with a full washer and dryer. Upstairs, every bedroom has been designed with both comfort and beauty in mind, showcasing modern design and custom color. The Gold Room features a queen bed with luxe SERTA mattress, a hand painted mural wall with calming hues of greige, walk in closet, and smart TV. The Emerald Room with a full bed features deep hues of green and gray, with a hand painted accent wall and a rare collectors' RED Bull mini-fridge. The Blue Room with it's queen bed, calms and energizes with varying shades of blue. The shared gray and gold full bath / shower is in the upstairs hall.
We welcome families with children to enjoy the villa, and provide numerous accommodations for your little ones including luxury stroller [Expeditions], vintage wood high chair, kid sleeping cot, and wood adjustable baby gate.
