Alum Chine beach is home to Vesuvio Italian restaurant which is next to a fabulous children's playground. A short drive away are Westbourne with superb restaurants and bars, Bournemouth and Poole.
Entrance hall leading to spacious living room with large 60 inch television and a piano if you fancy a tinkle! Dining room for all to share at end of a day exploring complete with bar area and fridge. Door leading to a separate living area / games room with pool table, table tennis and desk with screen available for guest use (with own laptops). Ensuite shower room (shower, sink and toilet). Fully fitted kitchen including two separate sinks, feature range stove with double oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster and kettle. Separate cloakroom. Courtyard garden with comfortable seating. Rear building housing the spacious utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
