This open concept home has been professionally designed in a mid-century beach vibe with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The great room includes a brand-new kitchen with new LG appliances (dishwasher, drawer microwave, oven range, full size French door refrigerator) and new cabinetry throughout. The comes with a dedicated washer and dryer as well as central heat and AIR-CONDITIONING. The living area has a cozy custom sectional with downlike cushions and swivels chairs that create a wonderful social area and a keen TV watching experience in front a fireplace.
The primary bedroom has its own private ensuite and adorned with luxury bedding on a king bed. Bedroom two has the option of either a king size bed or (2) single beds depending on the tenant's needs. Bedroom three or what we like to call the "Flex Room" is private with its own entrance and set apart from the house. It has its own half bathroom, queen bed and a desk space for working. Perfect for use as an office, teen hang out, or a nice private bedroom.
There is an outdoor shower with hot/cold running water available for those sandy trips back from the beach. The back deck perched above a small canyon with a nice outdoor seating area gives the feeling of being in a treehouse. Below is a set of four Adirondack chairs to enjoy the serene surroundings.
Walk directly to the beach trail or the San Clemente Pier from the house. Jump on the free trolley around town and to the outlets for more shopping, restaurants, and movie theatre. Short ride to world class surfing beaches like Trestles and San Onofre. The house is supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, and a couple soft top surfboards. San Clemente is located between San Diego attractions and Disneyland, all within a 45 min drive.
