If booked 5 days or more guest must have a cleaning lady once every 5-7 days.
Owner requires all guests name prior to booking. Only registered guests, over 25yrs, will be allowed to check in. All registered guests' ID and names will be checked upon check in. No third parties that are not on the reservation can check in.
Parties are not permitted on property.
Smoking must be outside the house, with all doors closed. NO smoking inside.
Do not loiter in front of the house or on the street.
Events, filming or shoots are not allowed unless there is written consent from host.
Do not park in front of neighboring homes or on sidewalk.
Intentional property damage will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are after 9pm. Neighbors are sensitive, please be noise conscience.
Disturbance to neighbors may lead to cancellation with no refund.
-Must allow 24 hour showings per booking for any future stay client wanting to view the property at a reasonable 24 hour notice.
PROPERTY DISCLOSURES AND DISCLAIMERS
Pool. Occupant acknowledges that the Property contains a pool. Occupant acknowledges that the pool constitutes a very serious danger and risk, which can result in death or injury (by drowning, accident, or otherwise). Occupant hereby agrees to always use, and insure that others on the Property use, the pool in a safe and responsible manner. Occupant expressly agrees to assume all risk of death or injury directly or indirectly associated or arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the pool or its existence on the Property (collectively, “Pool Claims”). Occupant hereby waives, discharges, disclaims, and releases Owner from any and all Pool Claims, and Occupant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Owner and Owner’s Agents and Representatives from and against any and all liability, third party claims, actual damages, actual out-of-pocket and verifiable costs and/or reasonable expenses Owner incurs (including reasonable outside attorneys fees) in connection with any Pool Claims. Guest understands that child safety fencing is not provided in the Property unless specifically agreed to in writing in advance.
Owner (or its cleaners, caretakers or designated repairpersons) may enter the Property at any time to make repairs and inspections
