• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-in time is at 4:30 PM. This ensures our cleaners have enough time to prepare for the next guest or the owners’ return.
• Late check-out requests must be submitted in advance. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $300 fee.
• Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For urgent matters outside this time, please feel free to contact us. For non-emergencies, we kindly ask for your patience until the next day.
• No glass or alcohol in or around the pool. Use only plastic cups outdoors.
• Pool heating and jacuzzi heating is NOT available. Please note that this under maintenance.

• Lock all doors and windows, and switch off lights when leaving or checking out.
