Just renovated 12/2021 and sleeps 11! All new beddings are not yet in the photos! Gorgeously upgraded studio within a single-family home with its own private entrance, ensuite, and laundry room! Within walking distance to parks and shopping, the location is primed with the convenience you might need during your stay - 10 minutes drive to Irvine Spectrum, 15 to UC Irvine, and 7 to the hot air balloon at the Great Park, and 20 minutes to Newport and Laguna Beach! The space does include a queen-size memory foam bed, a cute ambient bar, tons of seatings, a small beverage fridge, a new ultra-quiet split AC/heating unit, a microwave, and gorgeous double vanity with its own floor-to-ceiling mirror in the laundry room to ensure that you are event-ready! Looking for a quaint space to accommodate a small party? This is the spot!
Parking:
*Street parking around the house is available for Middle Earth Studio guests.
*No garage parking.
Entry / Access / Restricted Access:

*Enter the studio through the white fence gate to the left of the front door. Walk through the backyard and all the way in. A door access code will be provided 2 to 6 hours prior to check-in.
*Guests will have no access to the garage and cleaner's closet (french door) next to the stairwell and across from the downstairs laundry/powder room.
Important Notes:
*Cameras have been installed throughout the exterior of the home. No cameras inside the home.
*Although additional sound dampening materials have been added during the home upgrade for additional quietness, the studio is situated under the primary (master) bedroom to the main house, therefore, there may or may not be noise depending on occupancy to the main house during your stay. No partying is allowed for any space; however, please book accordingly if you or anyone in your party is sensitive to noise or a light sleeper.
