Three story beach house with large swimming pool and garden. There are 3 bedrooms and a downstairs media room with bedding for extra guests. Bedroom and bathroom on each level.
Grand Coogee home sprawled over three levels with large and private swimming pool. From the moment you set foot into this amazing home you are transported to a 'Hollywood Hills' feel.
Boasting balconies with ocean views from the open plan kitchen/living area, the upper lounge area and master suite you are never far from the ocean breeze and the summer sunshine.
Lay on the loungers by the pool or take an afternoon snooze on the day bed on the upper deck, it is the perfect siesta location.
The sunken lower level is the cool retreat that looks out over the pool at eye level. This 'cave' has a large flatscreen TV with Foxtel, Dukebox and stereo that is wired to the whole house. With a couch that spans the whole length of one wall, its a great spot for an evening family movie after a hard day at the beach.
There are two bedrooms on the middle level which open directly onto the turf garden.
The kitchen/ living area has rich wooden finishes with all modern appliances, providing a great family 'hub' to the home.
The upper level has the master bedroom with ocean top views and large en-suite with bathtub and shower. This level has a second lounge area, with large flat screen TV with foxtel. Lounge and master bedroom open onto the large wrap around deck with day bed and outdoor seating areas. This is the ideal spot for whale watching.
Located on the north end of Coogee Beach only a short stroll to shops, restraunts and your choice of two beachs Coogee and Gordons Bay.
