There's a comfortable living room to hang out in and take naps. Patio deck outside to enjoy the bar barbeque, ocean, and sunshine. The house has new maple floors, ceiling fans, new stamped concrete deck in front yard, trex wood deck in backyard, 2 HD TVs, and cool looking brick floor in the kitchen.
Enjoy a walk down the street to the beach with the kids. Bike ride to Dinosaur Park. Go kayaking, shore fishing, hiking, restaurants, farmers market, and never need to drive anywhere. Drive a few minutes if you like to shop at the outlets, movies, antique shops, surfing, sport fishing, tennis, swap meets, art galleries, and farmers markets at Avila Beach and San Louis Obispo. The backyard is gated and fenced with table and chairs. Front deck has chairs to kick back and relax. The barbeque has wheels so you could cook in the front deck or back yard patio.

Summary: We’ve loved our stay at this Shell Beach home. Upon arrival, the house was well stocked with all we needed to begin our extended stay. The king size bed and the queen size beds both have mattress toppers that will guarantee you sleep like a baby. The house has two bathrooms and the hall bath has a huge walk-in shower with terrific water pressure. The water heater is on-demand. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet close to several restaurants within walking distance. A park is 1/2 block away and is the perfect place to walk our dog and enjoy the sunset, with a glass of wine. On some evenings, you might find local musicians giving impromptu performances. It’s been a wonderful stay and is such an incredible value. I would highly recommend this property!
