Sliding doors from both Living room and Kitchen open onto a large veranda with dining table with chairs and gas BBQ. Beautiful 180º views from Lagos to Luz and over Boavista Golf Resort.
Steps down lead to pool area with a fully private sunbathing terrace. Several sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture for your leisure. The pool has a polygonal shape approx 6x4m and can be heated on demand.
All 3 bedrooms are downstairs and all have flat screen Sat TV.
