Summary: The room was very nice, clean, well kept. Fresh towels everyday. That was nice. But no drawers to unpack clothing and only 4 coat hangers . However, according to the website, there should have been free area shuttle- there was not. A very nice lady at the front desk took us to a restaurant on her personal scooter. We walked back to the hotel. Yes, the bicycles were free to use AFTER we aired up our own tires, fixed the handle bars from falling down, never could fix the seat from falling, it had no brakes and no headlights. They are rolling death traps. There was no spa at all, as proclaimed by your website. There is a bar by the pool but you have to BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL. Because it’s just an empty space. We had to ask for the promised free water. There are no water views from The hotel. And the beach is about 200 yards from the hotel. The restaurant was never open while we were there so we had to walk to restaurants every day (again, no shuttle as stated on the website)
