Braeside on Frankland is a centrally located, cosy and comfortable 3 bedroom cottage retaining many of its original character features, adjacent to the Launceston General Hospital. Boasting three large bedrooms, bedroom 1 features a queen size bed while bedroom two has 2 long singles. The 3rd bedroom can be used as either an additional living space perfect for children with it’s own Smart TV and board games or alternatively the sofa, with it’s comfortable double size innerspring mattress, can be setup to sleep additional guests.
The relaxing lounge room has electric heating and features comfortable quality furnishings and a smart TV. A breakfast bar with 2 stools joins the lounge to the kitchen. The kitchen includes an electric under bench oven, electric hotplates, microwave, full size fridge, Nespresso coffee pod machine, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans plus numerous other cooking utensils. The dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen in the glass atrium.
The single bathroom contains the toilet, hand basin, shower and washing machine, whilst the outside private courtyard features a 6 seater outdoor dining setting with an electric bbq great for use on a warm evening. The lockable garage is the perfect place to store mountain bikes or road bikes if you are travelling around Tasmania taking advantage of the many cycling activities on offer.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the popular Charles Street eateries which include multiple cafes, a pub, a burger joint, a sushi bar, a pasta bar and a grocer. A block further on you will find a Coles supermarket and a Pharmacy and if you walk on for another 5 minutes will find yourself in the CBD.
The beautiful Launceston Cataract Gorge with the swinging bridge and chairlift are only a short 5 minute drive away while the Tamar Valley Vineyards and Wine Route are also readily accessible.
