Welcome to the Hutch. Perfect for families, friends and couples. A calm, cosy and tranquil space offers 3 bedrooms and open plan living, kitchen and dining.
The park has lots of amenities. Including free use of the shared pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym. There is a bar/restaurant on the park. There is a children’s game room with table tennis, cinema club and playground.
Situated between Keswick and Ullswater (15 minutes to each), off a quiet country road with quick access to the A66.
Upside down layout with the master bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom, bunk bed room and family bathroom on the ground floor and the open plan kitchen, living and dining room on the first floor.
The 50” 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Freeview Play, iPlayer, 4 on demand and ITVX provides family entertainment to put up your feet after a long day of outdoor adventures or on a rainy day.
A snug within the living area provides a cosy space to relax with a book or a selection of board games for more traditional family entertainment.
With 4G home broadband you can stream your favourite tv and films, surf the web or catch up on emails.
The fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster, provides a great place to prepare meals whilst still being able to be with your loved ones.

There is no shop on site. There is a farm shop a 6 minute drive (Base Camp North Lakes) and the town of Penrith is a 15 minute drive, with Sainsburys, Morrisons and Booths.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed at the property or anywhere on the park. There is an excellent Dog Day Care (Berrier Boarders) less than 1 mile from the property which allows owners to take their dogs for walks during the day and offers grooming services.
No BBQs or open fires are allowed on the site.
No stag/hen dos are permitted at the cottage.
