Summary: The building here is a bit old, and you can see the wear and tear in the space, but that just makes it interesting. This is a great, central, inexpensive space to stay when you see Jaffna. There's a restaurant below- a big cafeteria style front and a slightly hidden secret courtyard in back which is a beautiful place to spend an evening. I would spring for a room with AC, though, if you're new to SL. I was shocked at how much hotter Jaffna is than the rest of the country. The staff are lovely and sweet! Really friendly customer service.
