Cosy "chocolate box" traditional style cottage offering a comfortable contemporary interior and decorated to an extremely high standard. Ideally positioned for those looking for rural peace and quiet without being isolated.If you love rolling hills, stunning countryside and a variety of birds and wildlife, then the Welsh borders are for you. Equally if you enjoy walking, cycling, fishing, shooting and a myriad of other outdoor activities, we can offer that too! The property is situated in a rural location, midway between two black and white villages, both housing traditional pubs offering excellent fayre as well as liquid sustenance! Berriew also has a a butcher's shop, gift shop, general store, delicatessen and tearoom, church, school and the unique Andrew Logan Museum. Local attractions include Powis Castle and its famous baroque gardens. Lake Vyrnwy, Snowdonia National Park all lie within an hour's drive. The lovely sandy beaches of West Wales are just over an hour away. The cottage itself offers:
