The Clothiers Arms Pub and Restaurant with childrens' play area & outside raised decking is 50 yards. Convenience store & reputedly the best Indian takeaway in Stroud, 100 yards. No need to drive - Stony House is situated just a short walk from the mainline station to London Paddington (90 minutes from London). An edge of town center property, so convenient for Stroud's eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants & bars. Waitrose just a 15 minute walk.
