Sawmill Cottage is a timber built one level property, with masses of charm & character. There is a large kitchen & living room which is open plan, two large & light double bedrooms & a modern bathroom with a bath & shower. The ceilings are high with timber beams throughout. There is free private parking just outside & you can charge an electric vehicle using a lead. The pretty orchard garden is for the sole use of the cottage, with a range of apple trees & stunning panoramic views of hills from the front door. There are a huge number of wonderful walks straight from the cottage, with Howards Wood (20 acres of community woodland) literally outside the gate.

You will have sole use of the cottage, the orchard garden & the private parking spaces. You can also use the hard tennis court, normally whenever you want to.
