Modern and traditional 60 sq.m. house, fully furnished, with all the equipment that you may need. The house has a unique view of the Aegean Sea, with a gorgeous veranda, private parking and free WI FI. The area is surrounded by chestnut trees and it's just 1,5 km. far from the main village square. It's ideal for people who want peace and tranquility, ideal for summer and winter holidays as well. The famous Plaka beach is 3,8km. far (7min. drive)The house has one main bedroom (with a king size double bed), the living + dining room area (where there is a large sofa-bed for one more guest), kitchen and bathroom. It's fully equipped, plus with linen, towels, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped as well with a full size refrigerator with freezer, oven and cooking stove, full utensils and all kitchen facilities.
Outside, the huge veranda is giving you plenty of choices for eating meals and enjoying the beautiful view of the Aegean sea at the same time! There, you can enjoy a wonderful sunrise every morning.
The home is essentialy isolated from the local village, yet the main village square with its stone church dating back to the 17th century and local shops, tavernas, and market, is just a 15 minute walk.
Near the property there are many trails to choose from in the mountain, also for an adventurous trip in the woods! The nearest beach is the famous Plaka which is 3,8 km. distance (7min. drive or 30min. walk ). You can also visit the remarkable pebbled and sandy beaches: Agios Ioannis, Damouchari (a lot of scenes of ‘Mama Mia’ were shot there), Chorefto, Agioi Saranda and Papa Nero. You can also visit the picturesque villages of Kissos, Mouresi, Tsagarada and taste the traditional and unique dishes in outdoor tavernas. There are also many restaurants and tavernas along Agios Ioannis beach. The list of What to See, Do and Feel on the Pelion is enormous. The ideal climate is another reason why visitors choose Pelion, as they can enjoy a lovely Greek sunny summer without feeling distressed by experiencing unbearable heat waves.

Traditionelle Residenz (60 Quadratmeter), sorgfältig eingerichtet, mit einmaligem Blick auf das Ägäische Meer. Herrlicher Balkon und privater Parkplatz. Das Haus ist neu und bietet Wärme und Eleganz. Es ist von Kastanienbäumen umgeben und liegt an einem sanften Abhang, bloß anderthalb Kilometer vom Dorfplatz entfernt. Es ist ideal für Gäste, die Ruhe und Frieden suchen, ideal für Winter- sowohl als für Sommerurlaub.
Das Haus hat ein großes Schlazimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa für eine Personen, Küche und Bad. Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist vollkommen eingerichtet, mit einem großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Ofen und Herd, und allen Utensilien. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Esstisch und auf dem Balkon einen weiteren Tisch, so dass Sie wählen können, wo Sie essen – im Haus oder mit der herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer! Da können Sie auch jeden Morgen einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang genießen.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber nur eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß zum Dorf mit seiner Kirche, die aus dem 17. Jh. stammt, und mit Geschäften, Tavernen und einen wöchentlichen Markt.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Wanderwege am Berg oder durch die grünen Wälder. Der nächste Strand ist die berühmte Plaka, 3,8 Km. entfernt (30 Minuten zu Fuß). Ausserdem gibt es die schönen Kieselstein- und Sandstrände in Agios Ioannis, Damouchari (viele Szenen der “Mama Mia” sind hier gedreht worden), Chorefto, Agioi Saranda und Papa Nero. Sie können auch die malerischen Dörfer wie Kissos, Mouresi oder Tsagarada besuchen und die traditionelle Küche im Freien genießen. In Agios Ioannis befinden sich mehrere Restaurants an der Strandpromenade. Auf dem Pelion gibt es einfach unheimlich viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Das ideale Klima ist auch ein Grund warum so viele Besucher den Pelion wählen, da sie hier den sonnenreichen griechischen Sommer ohne erstickende Hitzewellen genießen können.
