Summary: Great on mountain location for a ski trip to Kirkwood. Comfortable bed, great kitchen essentials, super close to the lifts, convivial 7800 bar downstairs. I have to give four stars though as the building seemed to have fairly major issues with securing their garbage. Two issues stood out: The most over the top was bags of garbage strewn about a first floor area right off the entrance to the towers. I noticed this on my first day there, and it was not cleaned up throughout the course of my 4-day stay. Very strange, it looked like animals had gotten into the building and torn through several bags of garbage. I kept expecting someone from the condos or restaurant to clean it up, but they never did. The second issue, which is more understandable, was that bags of garbage were put outside and not secured in the dumpster. This led to a group of crows picking into them and spreading garbage around the parking area. This was addressed by a person plowing relatively quickly, so kudos on that. Overall, a good place that I would recommend to others. I just think management can do better on this issue. Besides, this type of trash management is likely to lead to rodents.
