Summary: Overall, a good place to stay. We came for a concert at the Civic Center, and it was a short walk. The downtown was clean and felt very safe, we had no concern walking back to the hotel at midnight. My only complaint was the lack of complementary coffee, which now seems a given at most hotels. Instead, Courtyard wants you to pay at their Starbucks which I won't do.
