Positive: Location great for early flights or connections
Negative: The shuttle to the other terminal did not have a SYSTEM you could not book it the day before, there was no list of who would be using it so the next morning at least 5 people had to wait 20 min for the shuttle to go and come back. It’s on a first come first serve basis but there is no line or hotel staff to see who was waiting first.
