Summary: Front desk staff friendly and my bed comfort was wonderful. Have stayed at this hotel in the past & had zero issues. Unfortunately, I didn't have a functioning toilet the entirety of my 2-night stay even though I reported the issue within 12 hours of my arrival. No explanation given by staff as to why the repair wasn't made or the reason why I wasn't relocated.
