Welcome to our cute Sandy Casita! You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. We are located 5 minutes from the freeway and the Real Salt Lake Stadium. For those coming during the winter to Ski and snowboard, we’re 25 minutes by car from Snowbird and Alta ski resorts, and walking distance (5 mins) to the TRAX station where you can catch the Ski Bus to the resorts, as well as trains to Downtown Salt Lake City the Salt Lake. There are plenty restaurants, shops, and entertainment options near by as well as parks, hikes, and activities. Some things we’d like to note: One of the sleeping accommodations is listed as a sofa bed because it doesn’t give us the option to list it just as a couch. Please know that we do not have a sofa bed in the living room just a couch. It’s a comfy couch though and can sleep one person. *House Yard*
During the summer months, while we try our best to keep the yard groomed as best we can, we understand that there is still room for improvement. As new homeowners, we are gradually working on enhancing the outdoor space as time and resources allow. We have a large yard in the back, but it’s in need of a lot of work. If you’re looking for a home with a yard to do activities and hangout in, our place might not be the best for you.
