This cozy cottage feels brand new. It features 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed and Trundle bed (two twins), plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, & 1 full bath. This unit has 2 parking spots. Minutes to everything Old Orchard has to offer; the Trolley Bus stop is right outside and there are many eating places within walking distance! The property is located 1.5 miles from the pier and 1 mile from the beach. The unit is nestled in a quiet community, away from the party scene of OOB.
Included with your stay are bed linens, blankets, pillows, shower towels, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, trash liners, dish towels, coffee pot, a full-size refrigerator, etc.
Central air keeps the unit at your perfect temperature anytime of year. In our shed, we have beach chairs, pack and play, beach games, stroller, high chair, kites, beach towels, and a few other odds and ends! There is a Webber Grill to use, which is so portable if you need to take it somewhere for a picnic or day adventure.
This is a gated community (you will have a code) with strict By-Laws around quiet hours (11pm -7am). The speed limit is 5mph, and there is a code to access the unit as well (provided to you after booking).
You will have access to the gym, clubhouse, and pool/hot tub during your stay! Two designated parking spaces in front of the unit.
